Scheduling & RSVPs
Season schedules, RSVPs, blackouts, doubleheaders, and conflict-aware swaps. Players see what's next; commissioners see what's at risk.
Tools for running real rec leagues.
League Sage is a software platform for organizers, coaches, and players in co-ed softball, cornhole, and other recreational leagues.
What it does
League Sage covers the operational spine of a recreational league — the spreadsheets, group threads, and late-night text messages that commissioners stop wanting to manage by year two.
Season schedules, RSVPs, blackouts, doubleheaders, and conflict-aware swaps. Players see what's next; commissioners see what's at risk.
Auto-generated batting orders and fielding rotations that respect coach-defined rules — gender ratios, positions, sit-outs, and skill bands.
At-bat tracking, box scores, season stats, and spray charts. Captains score from the bench; everyone else watches it update.
Email and push reminders, Discord integration, and calendar feeds for Apple, Google, and Outlook. No more reminding the same person every week.
Who it's for
Commissioners, coaches, and captains of co-ed recreational softball, cornhole, and similar leagues — typically running 8 to 20 teams across a single season. If your operational stack is currently a shared spreadsheet, a group chat, and one person's heroic memory, League Sage is for you.
About
League Sage is a small, independent software product built and operated by its founders. It's hosted on standard cloud infrastructure in the United States and runs on a single, focused codebase — no acquisition timeline, no surveillance ad-tech, no growth team.
The product is invite-only. Accounts are created by league commissioners for their organizers, captains, and players. Transactional email from @leaguesage.com is only sent to people with active accounts on the platform.
