League Sage is an invite-only software platform for recreational sports leagues. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what we do with it. Plain language; no dark patterns.
What we collect
- Account information — name, email, league and team affiliation. Created by a league commissioner when they add you.
- Activity data — RSVPs, lineups, scores, and other content you produce inside the platform.
- Basic server logs — IP address, user-agent, and timestamps, retained for security and abuse prevention.
What we do with it
- Run the platform: scheduling, lineups, scoring, notifications.
- Send transactional email and (if you opt in) push notifications.
- Diagnose bugs and respond to support requests.
What we don't do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share email lists with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this marketing page.
Transactional email from @leaguesage.com is sent only to users with active accounts. Marketing email is opt-in and unsubscribable in one click.
Your rights
You can deactivate your account temporarily or request permanent deletion directly from your profile. You have a 30-day cancellation window — simply sign in again to cancel deletion. After 30 days, your account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. See Account Deletion for details.
